Who are we?

Cap Regatta is a nautical structure based in Marseille, specializing in sports racing and Sun Fast 30 One Design training. Our mission: make offshore racing accessible to everyone, in a professional, safe and exciting environment.

With a modern fleet of Sun Fast 30 OD, Cap Regatta offers complete sailing, coaching and racing programs from the Old Port of Marseille. We support each crew — from amateur sailor to experienced competitor — in preparation, strategy and performance on the water.

Our team of sailing professionals shares the same vision: democratize racing while promoting French excellence at sea. By choosing Marseille as our home port, we benefit from an exceptional body of water, favorable weather all year round and a community of passionate sailors.

Sailboat of the Year 2024

The Sun Fast 30 One Design was named Sailboat of the Year 2024 by the editors of Voile Magazine at the Regatta and Offshore Racing Days organized on December 15 and 16 by the Yacht Club de France.

It was a logical choice, says editor-in-chief François-Xavier de Crécy. Its release was the event of the fall, it's a project with a particular trajectory, since it came from the clubs and then passed through the hands of the best experts (VPLP Design for the design, Multiplast and Jeanneau for production). The jury tried it in La Rochelle, it's a boat that appealed, well-born, with lots of clever tricks.
